Service Description

At Stumptown Gutters, we are a small family-owned company that takes pride in providing personalized and high-quality gutter services to our clients. In order to ensure that we can give you the best service possible, we require a show-up fee for this maintenance service. This fee helps cover the cost of our time and resources to ensure that we are fully prepared to meet your gutter needs. We believe in transparency and honesty with our clients, so we want to make sure you are aware of this fee upfront. Thank you for considering Stumptown Gutters network for your gutter needs. The Gutter Maintenance package includes the following: 1. Reattach any loose gutter (if possible) 2. Replace loose spikes (gutter nails) with our lag fasteners 3. Fix issues with downspouts 4. Correct slope problems (if possible) 5. Reseal leaking connections when possible (rusty gutters cannot be resealed) ***DOES NOT INCLUDE GUTTER CLEANING No gutter, downspouts, or gutter accessories are included unless specifically stated. ***On rare occasions additional time is needed to complete the maintenance (e.g. large or steep roof, extensive gutter systems, gutter guards installed, difficult access, etc.) the additional time is billed at $49/15 minute increment after the first 90 minutes.
